uPVC Pipes and Fittings

J- Plex Plumbing pipes is the most suitable, easy and economical solution for distribution of potable water. It is technically superior, cost effective and offers many advantages over conventional G.I. piping system. This system is very easy to install and functionally most suitable for plumbing applications like terrace looping, down-take and up-take lines in building industry. Apart from more than 30-40% cheaper to G.I. piping system, it has many more years of service life.

These pipes are plain at both the ends and can be joined with PVC fittings available in white colour. The joint formed between the pipe & fitting with the help of solvent cement is a permanent homogeneous joint.

Material: uPVC
Pipes: As per ASTM D1785 Schedule 40 & 80, sizes: ½” to 2”.
Thread: Pipe threads 14 TPI for ½” & ¾” and 11 TPI for 1” & above.
Temperature: Upto 600 C- continuous upto 900 C, short time- upto 3 min. supply.
Test: Tested for potable water supply.
